Seaway Agencies has been established to supply agency services to Overseas Principals.

For shipping companies that are looking to explore the Australian market we are willing to assist with trade and market studies.

We have excellent knowledge in general container shipping, reefer cargo, over-dimensional cargoes, break-bulk cargo, heavy lifts, special equipment and roll- on /roll- off cargo. Trade lanes such as the Australia/ Europe trade, Pacific Islands, Middle East, South East Asia, North Asia and USA are ones that are well known to us. Our knowledge has evolved by working with some of the major Roll on Roll off and container lines that has serviced Australia. Looking after Tramp vessels is also no problem for us.

We have strong relationships within the industry with stevedoring companies, container depots, transport companies, rail companies, port authorities, Australian Customs and other government bodies. We have excellent relationships with the Australian import and export customer base and we have over 600 customers in our database that currently trade with our company. Our expertise in the market segments of automotive, agricultural, foodstuffs and construction is second to none.

We have a modern computer system that can be connected to any overseas mainframe via the internet. Our owned offices are in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and we are connected with a network of sub-agents in the other ports in Australia.
