The Opportunity

We have an excellent position available for someone looking to kick-start their career with a bang! Suitable for students or school-leavers, this role will offer on the job training and give you the foundations required for success in customer service and administration in the Shipping and Supply Chain industry. SEAWAY has a large, friendly and supportive team who will work closely with you in this role to develop a skillset to help you reach your next step!

What will your average day look like?

Working closely with our Customer Service Team you will be responsible for managing the phone traffic, assisting with queries and supporting the team in releasing delivery orders and other documentation requirements.

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls to our Shipping Agencies department so excellent phone manner and professional customer service skills will be essential.


Hours of work

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with standard office hours 8:30am – 5pm.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be adept at following instructions and picking up new processes quickly.

Prior experience is not a pre-requisite however professional experience in a customer service, retail or hospitality role will be highly regarded.
