We're looking for an Import/Export Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane Airport office. This is your opportunity to:
• Work on specialised logistics projects that make a real impact
• Expand your freight forwarding expertise in a supportive, high-performing team

What You'll Do
• Coordinate end-to-end import/export operations for project cargo
• Manage bookings, transport, inspections and customs documentation
• Keep clients informed with proactive updates and exceptional service
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions
What We're Looking For
• Hands-on freight forwarding experience (Import and/or Export)
• Strong knowledge of logistics documentation and compliance
• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving
• Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and carriers
• Cargowise experience? That's a big plus.
• Above all, a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
