Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and operations? Are you skilled at coordinating the movement of goods, especially perishable commodities? We have an exciting opportunity for an Air Freight Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team at SEAWAY.

The Role 

As an Air Freight Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless clearance and movement of air freight shipments. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments end to end, maintaining clear communication with clients and partners, and making sure every delivery meets our high standards of efficiency and service.  

 Basic responsibilities of this role will include: 

  • Coordinate day-to-day air freight operations, liaising with clients, carriers, and international agents to ensure smooth execution of shipments
  • Work closely with shippers to prepare and process all required documentation, including shipment files, security declarations, and Air Waybills (AWBs)
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to confirm cargo bookings and share critical information promptly
  • Arrange timely delivery of documents to government bodies via runners and couriers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through professional handling of client communication
  • Manage inbound calls and email enquiries with efficiency and accuracy

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in export air operations
