A Day in the Life
- Prepare and review shipment documents to ensure everything is accurate and ready to go
- Support export and import bookings, run sheets, and compliance steps, keeping operations on track
- Assist with warehouse checks, equipment requirements, and on-site security
- Manage customer enquiries, solve issues quickly, and keep clients informed
- Coordinate fumigation bookings and maintain clear, compliant records
- Jump in wherever needed—no two days are the same, from problem-solving challenges to hands-on warehouse support
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in warehouse/operations admin
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and reliability
- Great communication and ability to work under pressure
- Driver’s Licence and ability to hold/maintain ASIC
- A forklift licence and CW1 experience will be highly regarded
- Varied, hands-on work with lots to learn
