Office Administrator & Receptionist

Located in Alexandria, Sydney (NSW)

The Role

In this hands-on administration role, you’ll be responsible for managing our Alexandria reception and front counter, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You’ll also support our general office functions and provide administration assistance across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days look the same, your role will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
  • Running reception and front counter operations with confidence
  • Keeping shared spaces organised, tidy and welcoming
  • Processing and certifying a high volume of documentation (training provided)
  • Supporting office administration, supplies and invoicing
  • Organising catering for meetings and office events
  • Assisting with training and special admin project
  • You’ll also work closely with the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI), processing official documentation where accuracy and attention to detail really matter.
Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience, we’re looking for the right attitude:
  • A proactive self-starter who takes pride in being organised
  • Friendly, professional and confident communicating with others
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Detail-focused and reliable, especially with documentation
  • Previous customer service or office experience is a plus
This is a fulltime role. Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
