Graduate Customer Service - TS Lines Australia

SEAWAY is a growing shipping and logistics business seeking a Graduate Customer Service Coordinator to join our Agencies – TS Lines team in Southbank.This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their career who's keen to start or build a career in shipping and supply chain. You’ll work closely with an international shipping line, learning how global liner operations work while building strong customer service and coordination skills.We’re looking for a motivated, organised and curious team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. No prior shipping experience is required - full training will be provided.

The Role

As part of the TS Lines Customer Service team, you’ll support import and export operations and deliver high-quality service to customers.Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing bookings and import/export processes
  • Preparing and processing shipping documentation
  • Tracking shipments and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate system data
  • Liaising with internal teams, overseas offices, and customers
  • Assisting with invoicing and general administration
