Customer Service - TS Lines Australia

Located in Southbank, Melbourne (VIC)

SEAWAY is a growing shipping and logistics business seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Agencies – TS Lines team in Southbank.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in shipping and supply chain. You’ll work closely with a global shipping principal, gaining hands-on exposure to liner operations while developing strong customer service skills.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive team player with great communication skills and a willingness to learn. No prior shipping experience is required.

The Role
As part of the TS Lines Customer Service team, you’ll support import and export operations and deliver high-quality service to customers.
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing bookings and import/export processes
  • Preparing and processing shipping documentation
  • Tracking shipments and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate system data
  • Liaising with internal teams, overseas offices, and customers
  • Assisting with invoicing and general administration
About You

  • Confidence using systems and processes
  • Logistics or shipping experience (beneficial but not essential)
