Join Our Export Sea Operations Team – Melbourne & Adelaide

The Opportunity
Every day is different in exports, and that’s the best part. We’re looking for talented individuals to join our export sea operations team, working across a diverse range of commodities. You’ll quickly broaden your industry knowledge while becoming a key point of contact in a fast-moving network.

We have two roles available:
  • Export Operations – Melbourne: Focused on end-to-end coordination of shipments, customer service and relationship management customers, carriers, suppliers, and agents.
  • Export Operations / Documentation – Adelaide: Focused on export documentation processing & compliance, data integrity & invoicing alongside operational processes
Both roles offer support from a knowledgeable team, ongoing training, and real career progression in logistics.

About You – What Are We Looking For
  • Operations experience with sound knowledge of export sea freight operations and/or documentation requirements 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player 
  • Experience / knowledge of Cargowise is preferred
