The Opportunity
At the core of export operations, you’ll manage the full shipment lifecycle ensuring cargo moves smoothly from origin to destination with compliance, cost control and service performance front of mind.
Working across a diverse export portfolio, including time sensitive perishables, you’ll build strong carrier relationships and deepen your expertise in international trade processes.

The Opportunity

Your Role
You will:
- Manage end-to-end Export Seafreight operations
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, and carrier space
- Liaise with suppliers, transport, warehouses, and overseas agents
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues
- Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance (incl. DAWR)
- Handle invoicing and maintain system accuracy (CargoWise preferred)
- Drive continuous process improvements

- 3+ years’ experience in logistics operations (exports preferred)
- Strong operational focus and time management skills
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade
- CargoWise experience highly regarded
