Export Operations & Documentation

Grow your logistics career in a hands on Export Operations & Documentation role within the fast paced world of perishable exports.
We’re looking for a motivated Export Operations & Documentation professional to join our Export Seafreight team. This is a dynamic, hands on role combining end-to-end shipment coordination with precise export documentation.
  
Working with a broad range of customers and commodities, you’ll play a key role in ensuring shipments move smoothly, accurately and on time.

Your Role
  
• Coordinate end-to-end Export Seafreight shipments
• Prepare and manage export documentation (including Bills of Lading)
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, warehouses & overseas agents
• Ensure all operational milestones and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain accurate system updates, invoicing & data integrity
• Provide responsive customer service via phone & email

About You
  
• 1–3+ years’ experience in Export Seafreight Operations/Documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of perishable exports preferred
• Cargowise experience highly regarded
