ROLE OVERVIEW
AIRWAY is seeking a Freight Coordinator to join our Townsville Airport warehouse team.
You'll join a small, close-knit team of 5 so this role is hands-on and offers an environment where your impact is visible and collaboration is genuine.

This role is a casual position and is expected to average 20-30 hours per week. Shift times will vary week to week as they are subject to airline schedules and operational requirements.

- Safely load and unload freight in line with SOPs within strict timeframes
- Safely operate forklift and tow motor
- Follow OH&S procedures
- General warehouse duties including documentation, systems updates and housekeeping

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ months warehouse/forklift experience (preferred)
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit for lifting heavy loads
- Safety-focused
- Able to work to changing schedules
- LF Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
- Australian Driver’s Licence & own transport
- ASIC (must be eligible to obtain)
