Billing Administrator & Invoicing Operations

The Role

As an Invoicing Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, while working closely with a supportive and experienced team. This role offers great exposure across the import function, making it an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to grow within the industry.


What will your average day involve? 
  • Prepare and process invoices for clients
  • Input data into relevant systems and ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Manage invoicing and prepare various reports as directed 
  • Collaborating with the imports team, account managers, and wider business
  • Work closely with team members on a daily basis and provide backup support to each other to manage seasonal volumes
About You

You’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and is eager to build a long-term career in freight forwarding.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in freight forwarding (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good time management and organisational ability
  • Understanding of import documentation requirements
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience with Cargowise (desirable)

This is a full-time position with standard office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
