Located in Brisbane Airport, (QLD)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Freight Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of freight operations while supporting team performance in a fast paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Our team operates on a 24/7 rotating roster. Start & Finish times will vary and some overtime may be required (paid at applicable OT rates).

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily freight operations and cargo movement
- Support and help guide warehouse staff if required
- Manage shipments, scheduling, and documentation
- Ensure OH&S compliance
- Regular forklift operation and loading/unloading large quantities of cargo
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- 3+ years’ experience in a busy warehouse environment, preferably airside or with air cargo
- Available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including early starts and late finishes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (preferred)
- Current LF Forklift Licence highly regarded
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and own transport
- Fumigation certification (preferred)
