We’re looking for an experienced Import/Export Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing shipments end-to-end, building strong relationships, and keeping freight moving efficiently.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating import and export shipments across air and sea, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking through to delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams, becoming a key point of contact and trusted operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end import and export operations
  • Coordinate bookings, transport, and shipment documentation
  • Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents
  • Provide clear, proactive updates to clients
  • Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
About You
  • Experience in freight forwarding (imports and/or exports)
  • Strong understanding of shipping documentation and processes
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • CargoWise experience is highly regarded
