We are currently seeking an experienced logistics operator to join our Export Sea Freight team at SEAWAY with a focus on rural cargo and bulk liquid shipments

The Role

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end export sea freight operations process
  • Coordinate bookings for ISO Tank, FCL, LCL shipments across all states
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, transport and warehouse providers, and overseas agencies
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless shipment handling and resolve service issues promptly
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee end-to-end management of export documentation

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics Operations or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience with CargoWise One is advantageous but not essential
