Located at Brisbane Airport, (QLD)
We're looking for Freight Coordinators to join our growing Brisbane Airport team. If you enjoy staying active, working with a great crew, and being part of a fast-paced operation, this could be the role for you.
With opportunities across both our International and Domestic Air Cargo teams, you'll play a key role in keeping freight moving while working in a hands-on operational environment. This is not a desk-based role, so flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to get involved are essential.

AIRWAY operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Following your training period, you will work across a rotating roster. Shift start times may be as early as 4:00am.

- Operate forklifts and airside vehicles in accordance with safety procedures
- Coordinate the movement of freight throughout the cargo terminal
- Process freight documentation and complete system updates accurately
- Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety and aviation security requirements
- Conduct equipment checks and assist with general warehouse housekeeping

- Enjoys variety in their work schedule
- Is available to work weekends and overtime when required
- Values flexibility over a traditional Monday to Friday routine
We're looking for reliable, safety-focused team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, freight handling or aviation experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including regular manual handling
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and overtime when required
- A current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport
- A current LF Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain one
- The ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC
