In this role, you'll manage the day to day running of our Southbank office and reception area while gaining exposure to a variety of HR support tasks such as recruitment activities and employee onboarding.

THE POSITION
- Hours of work: 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday (flex start & finish times available)
- Location: Southbank VIC (onsite only)

- The team: You'll be joining a team of 4, reporting directly to the HR Manager
- Execute all front desk & reception requirements such as phone screening, mail register and greeting visitors
- Perform general office duties to ensure office areas are fully stocked, clean and well maintained
- Liaise with building management, security & cleaners where required
- Plan and coordinate internal functions, events & meetings including catering & decorations
- Assist HR team with recruitment activities such as phone screens and reference checks
- Assist onboarding and offboarding processes
- Become the go-to person for general queries and a point of contact for administrators at our other locations

- Prior experience working in a professional office environment is preferred as well as a qualification in HR (this includes current studies)
