We currently have a vacancy for an experienced and talented Business Services Operator to join the wonderful team at our South Perth office.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively and successfully manage a portfolio of corporate clients
- Deliver excellent frontline customer service, prioritising tasks to meet timeframes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth, collaborating with team members to explore new ideas and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and consignment notes
- Manage freight bookings
- Previous operations experience with a freight forwarder or in a related industry
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of freight management, pricing structures, volumes, weights, road rules/regulations.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency with sales management software (preferred)
