The Role
This is full-time position, reporting to our Warehouse Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and develop their industry knowledge and skills in a dynamic, diverse environment.

The Role

What will an average day look like?
A list of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Resource allocation on new and existing projects to deliver on client KPIs
- Daily communication and collaboration with operations, management, and external stakeholders
- Works reporting including scope of works detail and project costing
- Coordination of import and export orders
- Documentation processing
- Data Entry
- Liaison with carriers, clients and internal and external teams
Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate computer literacy and familiarity with software programs
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Flexible on work hours during peak seasons
