Are you passionate about people and creating a great workplace experience? We're looking for a friendly, proactive team player to join us as Office Administrator & Receptionist. You'll be the heartbeat of the Merbein facility, helping keep everything on track and supporting both the office team and operations.
In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day running of our office and reception area while supporting warehouse coordination, internal events, employee onboarding and general administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute all front desk & reception requirements such as phone screening, mail register and greeting visitors
- Support site coordination tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating resources, and assisting with site-related requests
- Perform general office duties to ensure office areas are fully stocked, clean and well maintained
- Plan and coordinate internal functions, events & meetings including catering
- Assist onboarding and offboarding processes
- Become the go-to person for general queries and a point of contact for administrators at our other locations
